  • Order Delays: If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you via email. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method. 
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 
  • Domestic (Within [Your Country]): 3–7 business days 
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs processing) 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors like customs delays or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. 

3. Domestic & International Shipping 

  • Domestic Shipping: We partner with trusted carriers like [USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.] to ensure timely delivery. 
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. However, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. 

4. Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages 

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier. 

6. Damaged Items in Transit 

If your order arrives damaged: 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at nerdologies@outlook.com
  2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging. 
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders) 

Nerdologies is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details.
