Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

Returns 

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including: 
  • Custom or personalized products 
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale or clearance items 

How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at nerdologies@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Approval: We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address if your return is approved. 
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

Refunds 

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. 
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, missing parts, etc.). 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
